I just recently finished this book and loved every page of it. I am a huge fan of Nathan's and will read/watch anything he does. His thoughtful demeanor pulls me in and I love his vulnerability - oftentimes laughing at himself, which is endearing. A wonderful book that has brought me closer to God and taught me how to practice His presence. Thank you for writing this, Nathan.

That made me almost cry. I watched this to see what went wrong, and, I see, nothing went wrong, everything went right. That must be the difference between Christian bands and other bands. God bless you, you're a wonderful singer, hope the Lord leads you back.

Vanhoozer is a brilliant man, but he throws things out there without completing his thought. He has done this with Gen. 1-3. Clearly, the implication is that we need a pope and one church. He knows the history. The Catholic Church has been a curse on humanity. It has been murderous, treacherous, immoral, and doctrinally wrong on many issues. Has it been a force for good on some occasions? Yes, but that doesn't justify the atrocities. Are there problems in Protestantism? Yes, but that doesn't mean we should return to the Middle Ages.

What is the difference between the first Bible Commentary vs. the Illustrated? Aside from the pictures? I really like the Believers Bible Commentary because it explains almost every verse. Is the first Baker Bible Commentary more like that? I already have the Illustrated one, but I am looking for something more verse by verse explanation. Thank you for your help.

Mass immigration has been great for me. It saved many thousands from my clan and actually prevented my clan from completely disappearing altogether. Many pastors point to some possible event in the future which may occur because of some person who migrated. Material or financial hurt is what they really mean and have in their heart, although they will often mention other things to scare people. They speculate about future events so as to twist the Word of God into fitting their own desires. That is serving two masters. Pastors and politicians want to follow man's laws and also follow God's law, while knowing that those of man are clearly in direct conflict with God's law? What are the highest and most important rules to live by? It's right there in The New Testament. Everything should be tested using The Two Highest Rules as told to us by Jesus Christ Saviour and Messiah. Pastors and politicians harp on their interpretation of lesser rules while knowing that doing so breaks The Highest Two. This is the definition of neither hot nor cold. For America, where my clan arrived around the time of the statue of liberty in NY, it's clear people are still serving two masters, as much or even more than before. We have a 100% evil system of immigration designed to send money and power to criminals, abuse and semi-enslave undocumented workers, and turn a beautiful desert into an ecological disaster zone and a cemetery - which is what has happened and continues. I think the only way to reverse that and get America back to God would be to open the border - no other option will work because only options based on complete Love are sustainable.

I spent the year with my Dad in 2011 after he was diagnosed with mesothelioma lung cancer. I came across Trudy’s book on Amazon purely by God’s leading as I wasn’t looking for a book. I bought it and KNEW God was preparing me. My Dad read it, read it again, then I found Trudy’s sequel, More Glimpses of Heaven. We read that and knew I would be there to hold his hand into Heaven. Remarkably, I sent Trudy an email telling her how much her books had helped my Dad and I. I gave her my phone number should she have any time to talk to me about Hospice care. To my delight, and my Dad’s tearful surprise, she called one morning and spoke to him. I don’t know what she said to him, but it brought him to tears. This is a must read for every human… we are all going to take that next journey and I pray as Trudy does, you will accept the hand and forgiveness of Jesus before that final hour, so you also will have a joyful walk to that love filled next and final life… 🌼Lily🌼
